Michael's inbox — only the queues Michael staffs. Leads enter automatically (new inbound → New Leads; stage moves feed Processing) and leave when claimed, assigned, snoozed out, archived, or resolved. Claim as Michael or hand to a teammate — ownership history is always recorded.
